Experimental Analysis for Performance of Concrete with Addition of Steel Fibres, SBR and Polypropylene Fibres

Sufficient experimentation is observed in literature to examine the brittle behaviour of concrete. Presently, addition different modified polymer and fibres can be treated as an effective way for improving Steel are now generally mixed with concrete because such sufficient strengths gained. Fibre Reinforced Concrete acquires high stiffness, strength durability subjected environment. In this experimental investigation it steel various percentages (0.35% 0.85%) Polypropylene fibre. The primary objective first check whether employment allows improvement strength. Next verify effect a mixing namely SBR. third present study deals combination synthetic polypropylene varying percentages. Preparation specimen performed lab contents% styrene butadiene rubber hooked end SF. program includes cube, cylinder beam specimens fabricated 1% 10% fibres. Further 15% polymer-SBR added mixes. After 0.15% 0.25% M30 M40 grade volume fraction fibre having 100 kg/m3 (1.27% Vf) may effectively employed. It seen that by %contents SF’s SBR; strong bond developed leading bridge micro cracks RC members.
